Registration

The enrollment process is easy and fast. Students have to complete the online form and then we book all requested services in advance (course, accommodation, airport transfer, etc). you are required to submit a deposit of 20 USD per a Registration fee. The difference is due on your first course day and can be settled by cash payment, or bank deposit. pay the total price

We will send you all information by e-mail to confirm and show you all your bookings. This process only takes 24 - 48 hours. In this way we can guarantee the exact type of program you request, offering the best service.

Please note that any bank charges or commission in connection with bank transfers are not included in our prices and should be covered by the student.

Course information

The tuition is basis on one to one

The maximum number of students in a class is 4 (group classes). If there is no other student of the same level, you will receive 15 private lessons instead of 20 group hours.

Including:

Placement test

Email and internet access (wireless connection)

Learning materials ans supplies

Certificate

One (1) hour of classes = 60 minutes.

Schedule Example (4 hours daily)
9h00 to 11h00 classes
11h00 to 11h30 break (depending of the student)
11h30 to 13h00 classes

The minimum age to enrol is 18 years.

Minimum Course Duration is 1 week, but we recommend a minimum course duration of two weeks. (Intensive Spanish Course)

Home stay information

One single room
Some host families offer private bathroom.
2 meals per day
Laundry services

If you want to change the host family, it is possible, just per one time

Colonial Spanish School reserves the right to expel students for any type of behavior that offends other students or disrupts classes to the extent that complaints are received.

Cultural Activities & Weekend trips

The school organize some cultural activities during of the week and most of the weekends we organize weekend trips, all students are invite to share with us of this social activities. Entrances fees, transportation, accommodations and other expenses in Museum, restaurants, etc, Each student must to pay it.


Refunds & cancellations

To cancel your booking of a Spanish course you must send us an email stating
- your contact details,
- your Spanish course details
- the amount that you have paid.
- the date of your booking.

we do not refund any payments if a student chooses to leave a spanish course that has started .

We do not refund for student illness or student absence during a course, the student could be take this classes in the end of the course.

How much money will you be refunded?

If you cancel over 60 days before the first day that your course starts
you will receive 100% refund

If you cancel between 59 & 30 days before the first day that your course starts you will receive 50% refund

If you cancel between 29 & 7 days before the first day that your course starts you will receive 30% refund

If you cancel between 6 & 0 days before the first day your course starts
you will receive 10% refund.

We will use the same method as you used to book your Spanish course.
